Pole Discovery Introduction class is offered twice a day everyday. See the calendar for the time and date that works best for you. To register for a class, call and reserve with a credit card or debit card number to ensure you are guaranteed your own pole. You may book online at www.polecontrolstudios.com and save $5 Arrive at your class at least 15 minutes in advance to fill out the necessary registration forms. To prevent injury: Please be sure to remove all your hand jewelry before class Come to class with no OIL or LOTION on your skin. Please bring a Hand towel Wear loose fitting yoga pants or a pair of shorts that exposes about 3 inches above the knee and a sleeveless tank top
