Polished Professional Editing is a small business, based in Dallas, TX, that provides copyediting and proofreading services; it was founded in August 2010 and is owned and operated by copy editor and proofreader Cassie Smith. Cassie graduated from the University of North Texas in May 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism-News Writing/Editorial; she completed a summer internship at Brown Books Publishing Group in Dallas, TX in 2009; and she has over five years of experience in freelance copyediting and proofreading.
