Welcome to Portland Academy of Self Defense Portland Oregon premier Self-Defense Academy. We are located on the corner of Southwest Terwilliger Blvd and Taylors Ferry Rd at 8425 SW Terwilliger Blvd Portland, Oregon 97219. At Portland Academy of Self Defense, we offer Martial Arts classes in Hapkido and Taekwondo for men, women, and children Ages 5 & up. Our class schedule is flexible and designed to meet the needs of busy students and families. Also our group classes are separate for adults and kids. Each class features self-defense training, physical conditioning, various reaction drills, and practical exercises. Our classes promote a safe training environment that fosters positive relationships, self-discipline, self-confidence and mutual respect which gives our students the tools necessary to progress quickly and confidently toward achieving their personal goals...
