Before establishing Power 2 Perform Consulting LLC, Karen has gained extensive experience in human resources, organizational and talent development, plus leadership coaching with the following industries: retail, manufacturing, hospitality, education and non-profit. Karen is certified Senior Professional Human Resource and Professional Coach, holds a Masters Degree in Training and Development, has been an adjunct instructor at Fox Valley Technical College and Globe University, has coached and trained countless leaders and hourly team members. Karen has fulfilled Board positions such as Director, Treasurer and President with a local chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and has been a long time member for both ASTD National and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). As part of the overall services for Power 2 Perform Consulting LLC, Karen is an Independent Distributor for Inscape Publishing (DiSC products); certified to deliver True Colors©, a fun-filled training that helps individuals learn about self and others; an affiliate partner with The Ryan Group; and Senior Distributor for SendOutCards and online greeting card and gift giving business. This diverse background enables Karen to easily relate to the complexities, joys and developmental needs associated with organizations today.
