They rented this apartment ILLEGALLY to my family due to a major roach infestation that had never been treated!!!! Roaches were crawling EVERYWHERE (my 18 month old daughters room, our kitchen, our couch, the bathroom, etc.) We were told by our leasing agent Jerrod from RentNow Roc that it was treated for roaches before we moved in and told by someone named Brandi (apparently manages the service reports) said that we were never supposed to be in the apartment in the first place.(Jerrod says that Brandi told her something way different so someones clearly lying). Either way, the management is horrendous. All of the staff lies and never addresses any issues reported by tenants (not just us. Every last tenant I spoke to says the whole building is infested and they never address service issues). This is an actual quote from one of the tenants " These people would lie to their own mother to rent out an apartment." I reported the roach infestation to their "service number" and never got a call back from anyone regarding the problem until I started calling code enforcement and media outlets. We were there for a week and have had them jerk us around about getting our money back (even changed the locks so that we couldn't retrieve the rest of our stuff. The stuff we have to throw away because it all got infested). We have full recordings of all of the lies that their staff AND Jerrod has told us since October 14th. My family was homeless before this and now we are in the same predicament , expect we have to replace all of our things and save up for ANOTHER security deposit. This place is all about money dont even waste your time.
