Private cooking for individuals and/or events. Specializing in event planning and menu development.
My life long love for food started in my Grandmothers kitchen in Stanton, Michigan. The homemade soups and breads made me realize that creating something from the heart was the main ingredient. My appreciation for fine dining grew as I traveled the United States, Caribbean and Canada. The many restaurants and corner bistros I sampled left me with a thirst to know more about cooking and the art of presentation. I stay current with the newest cooking trends through The American Culinary Federation and have attended the Secchia Institute for Culinary Education. I also attend continuing education classes through Kissing Rock Kitchens in Lowell, MI.
