The process, someone interested in the services we provide registers with us Attorneys have there registry as do both Paralegals and ProSe Litigants.First the Prose litigant, contacts an attorney, either from our registry or on their own, they leave the attorney's office with an evaluation of their legal issue sufficient for them to use as a guide to prepare & file the necessary paper work to commence their cause of action.The paper work is done by Document Preparation Technicians, or Doc-Prep-Techs, this because of the technical requirements that are mandatory to the flow of documents through the court docket.Though the Doc-Prep-Techs, are paralegals they do not operate in that capacity when associated with Pro Se Axess.
