Production Tool & Supply Company, a leader in industrial distribution, was founded in Rockford, Illinois, in 1947. Serving Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin, Production Tool & Supply Company became synonymous with providing quality products and service. In 1955, we became a distributor for Cincinnati Milacron (now Milacron, Inc.) grinding wheels and metalworking fluids. In 1979, we added Iscar Metals, a manufacturer of carbide inserts and indexable tooling. To further compliment our product group, we became a representative for Vermont Tap & Die in 1996. Our full line now includes cutting tools, fluids and tool holding equipment from many of the top manufacturers in the world today. In 2011, we further advanced our capabilities by adding various top Material Handling lines.
