Founded in 1995 by loggers, the Professional Logging Contractors (PLC) of Maine is a trade organization formed to give independent logging contractors and sole proprietors a voice in a rapidly changing forest industry. Our Board of Directors is made up entirely of loggers, making us a logging organization that is run by loggers for loggers.
