These solutions include DIRECTV and Exede high speed satellite internet services. Our Installation Solutions Group consist of PTS employee professionals and a nationwide network of exede certified dealers and installation companies. Our Installation Solutions Group manages all operational activities in specific territories that include customer support, warehousing, new customer installations, upgrades, customer satisfaction compliance, and service and maintenance.
