Precision custom molders of small tight tolerance thermoset and thermoplastic products.

Since 1968, we have been providing the aerospace, military, defense, medical and electronic industries with high quality precision custom molded plastic products. We are ISO-9001 and AS-9100 certified as well as ITAR registered. About half of our business is insert molding, and we have a number of secondary operations available. Our processes include injection molding, transfer molding, and compression molding, and our on time delivery rate is over 98%. We mold just about every thermoset, thermoplastic and elastomer available, and deal mainly in the low to medium production volumes - typically 1,000-5,000 parts per year. We have our own tool room in house for building, changing, and maintaining your production and prototype molds.
