Hi, my name is Darcy and I am the owner this company. When we come into your home, we are not rushing to get the "job" done because we understand it takes to time to clean properly. We will ask you questions about your carpet such as what types of cleaners and spotters you may have used in the past, what concerns you may have about spots and/or cleaning solutions that will be used. Using safe products are of concern to me as my son has asthma problems. Therefore, the cleaning products I use in your home are the same ones I use in my own home!
