Illegal Charge to Card

I was in UT visiting with 15 friends and was involved in an auto accident. I needed a way to get to Alamo and spoke to the representative at Ramsey Oil. He told me rental car one way to pick up a new Alamo rental was $233.46 I agreed and signed the agreement. within one minute of signing Alamo called me and explained they had a driver coming to pick us up. The representative at Ramsay said he would rip the contract up, I trusted him as I never drove the car.

I was charged on the next month bill and disputed it.

I have been in touch with PNC and am refusing to pay this illegal charge. What a dishonest thing to do. The representative knew it was illegal when he entered it!
