We laser cut metal plate very fast! We're able to cut up to 1" carbon, 3/4" stainless and 1/2" aluminum, and we focus on JIT deadlines.

We have a new 5,000 watt Trumpf laser cutting machine, able to cut 1" carbon steel, 3/4" stainless steel, and 1/2" aluminum. Although we do a lot of oilfield work, we're able to cut for virtually any industry that uses metal sheet or plate; our focus is accuracy and speed. We fit well where manufacturers need "Just In Time" turnaround, and will work 24/7 when required. Our laser is mated to a STOPA material handling system, and it gives us the ability to run "lights out". In addition to laser cutting, we also do machine work, welding and bending. Some services beyond our material handling capabilities, or focus, are sub-contracted, but we endeavor to perform all services in-house. We follow the ISO 9000 paradigm, and offer complete material traceability for everything we make.
