Rastelli Direct is not your traditional meat/seafood supplier. Unlike many others in the industry we own the process from start to finish for all of our meat products. We hand trim, process, pack and ship our meats in our state of the art facilities. We own our own cattle and select only the finest for our customers. This allows us to carefully monitor quality throughout all the steps needed to fill your order. Our approach is all about
