Business description

I work with buyers, helping them find a home that fits their needs and pocketbook. I research the homes they like to help them make good decisions.

Once we have an idea on what the needs and wants are I check out those home on line and then we select the ones to look at. We view these homes and when the buyer decides on one I will research the neighborhood as well as that house. Once I have all the information at hand I can help the buyer on what kind of offer will work. At this point the buyers has already had his loan approved and we write an offer. If that offer works out then we set up a time for a home inspection and termite report. I help the buyer determine what is needed to be fixed and we take that to the seller in the form of a request: once we work those details out the appraisal is orfered and the closing is set up with an attorney. We will do a final walk thru of the house to insure that the house is ready for the closing
