Business description

Assisting Jumbo Residential and Commercial property owners who are in a Negative Equity situation. Negotiate a discounted buy-out from their Lender.

I am an associate with a specialty finance company providing assistance to Real Estate Owners as an alternative to a Short-Sale or Foreclosure. For those Property owners that want to stay in their Property. We work with Owners to purchase their Negative Equity Property Mortgage from Lenders at a discount, then Sell the Property back to the same Owner at 75%-80% of the Current-Market-Value. This gives the Owner a 25% built in Equity from the start. NO FEE to qualify. The Deed stays in the Owners Name. We save Owners thousands of dollars of the Loan value and lower their monthly premium and their Credit ratings. We provide temporary loans as an short-term solution prior to the client obtaining Conventional long-term financing with or without our assistance. Currently Frank Mead is targeting the purchase and restructure of residential Jumbo Loans and income-producing Commercial Loans.
