RRC is a woman-based company created to serve the needs of the deaf and HOH community through real-time translation, providing access to speech that may otherwise elude them. We continuously strive to educate the public about the benefits of real-time translation and closed-captioning to mobilize and expose the benefits of the industry as a whole. A significant portion of our time is dedicated to advocating for the deaf and hard-of-hearing community and upholding the rights that individuals are granted through the ADA (Americans with Disability Act). The Business: Advocacy, education, and staying abreast of technological advances which enhance the industry, as well as continued growth and support for our captioners, with the goal of exceeding the expectations of our clients and consumers.
