The goal of Red Brick Consulting is to impact the costs of construction by managing the natural inherrent risks of the work as well as expediting the construction through sound management techniques. We provide Executive Level Construction Risk Management services to both Owners, Contractors and the legal field. We are experts at Project Scheduling (forward and forensic), damage calculations on claims, evaluating and managing troubled projects and directly managing as an Owner's Representative on major projects. We work on new construction, Renovations both commercial and Historic as well as Hospitals, Major Industrial Facilities, Road and other infrastructure and Hi Rise buildings.
