At Red Rover Coffee, our mission is simple: find amazing coffees that are sustainably grown and roast them fresh for you. Turns out this isn't simple at all. But we do our homework so you don't have to. With all the chatter out there about organics, fair trade, and shade grown coffees, it's easy to get overwhelmed. And the truth is finding quality sustainably grown coffee takes more than just a label. While many of our coffees are certified organic and fair trade, some are not but are indeed sustainably grown. We purchase coffees from experienced importers who are careful about documenting the chain of custody of the coffees. The more you know about a particular coffee, the more we pay for it. We pay this premium to ensure the farmers are paid over Fair Trade wages.
