No unexpected hourly rates. All prices usually quoted upfront in writing. $75 Flat Rate for Desktops & Net/Notebooks fully serviced and given 6 month full warranty on hardware free. $35 Virus & Malware Removal Fee We build new systems to customer requests and build budget systems also. New systems carry a full 3 year warranty on hardware, and serviced every 6 months to maintain quality.
