Reinforcement Systems has two goals: To sell the customer less steel and save time on each project.

WWR is prefabricated in a controlled factory environment using automated resistance welding machines equipped with the latest computer software. Labor Savings The use of Welded Wire Reinforcement in place of conventional reinforcement bars yields "time of placement" savings of 200% to 400%. Structural Strength/Steel Savings Through the process known as "cold working" WWR is able to achieve higher yield strengths recognized by both the ACI building code and ASTM manufacturing specification, resulting in overall material savings of up to 25%.
