Disappointed with resonse

A staff member responded to my inquiry into info@lagun.com concerning the UTC 1340 lathe. She responded with and suggested I consider American Turnmaster CNC 1440 lathe as a better less expensive alternative and would send a quote. That quote did not arrive and a week later I was able to talk with her on the phone. She promised a video and a quote for the next day. That never arrived, nore has she reponed to many emails. I begin to suspect there is no American Turnmaster CNC 1440 lathe. I have to find a new manufacturer as I am in desperate need to replace my current CNC late.
