Construction & remodeling management Real Properties from plans to completion!

We were licensed in 2008 as General Contractors and Concrete Contractors. After successful completion of many projects we are now offering our services from planning to completion of construction & remodeling for homes, commercial properties, office & industrial buildings and shopping centers. We meet with the owners of the property and review their ideas for construction, renovation or remodeling. If plans are drawn up we review them and provide costs based on bidding. We then match bid pricing with budget estimates and provide to property owners. If acceptable, we hire Architects, Contractors or Engineers as required based on several factors. Once Plans are drawn and approved by the City where the property is located, we pull permits or have the Contractor's we're hiring pull the permits. Once construction begins we check on progress and that all work being done is according to approved plans and that a schedule previously penciled out is being followed, and that inspections are being performed and passed.Once construction/remodeling is completed we make sure all paperwork is filed with the City and that Certificates of Occupancy are obtained. Finally we make sure that all clean up is done by each trade and that the property owner is 100% satisfied with the work done within budget.
