We visit your property on a regular basis and inspect interior and exterior following our checklist. We make sure that all is well and that there are no signs of damage, infestation, or vandalism. The frequency of our visits is up to you. We report after each visit through either email or by phone. If there are any issues, you instruct us as to how you wish to handle them. We will arrange for the services and will meet the service or repair people at an hourly rate. We also provide services such as stocking your home with supplies you request prior to your return, light housekeeping (surface cleaning and vacuuming) and plant watering. Ask us if there is anything you might need and we will see if it is something we can provide.
