Our engineering team has decades of experience designing robust high power CW and pulsed RF amplifiers and amplifier systems from L-band to LF frequencies, with power levels of 1W to 20kW, and RF generators to over a megawatt. We can supply amplifiers for numerous military (EW, communications, radar), RF energy (lasers, plasmas), medical (MRI, RF heating), scientific (linear accelerator), and broadcast (TV, radio) applications. Amplifiers range from ultra-broadband linear LDMOS and GaN-based designs to high efficiency, high power single frequency models.
