While we are located in Indianapolis we practice regularly in courts throughout the state. Mr. Mann is a Certified Family Law Specialist as certified by the Family Law Certification Board, Guardian ad Litem, Family Law Arbitrator and a Registered Family Law Mediator. He is also trained in the collaborative practice of law. Mr. Mann is a frequent speaker at bar association and court sponsored seminars on the law regarding child support, evidence, and practice management in Family Law matters in Indiana. Our firm is also a provider under the Hyatt Legal Plan.Lisa Joachim, Jennifer Mann, Todd Small and Megan Clearwaters are also trained and serve as a Guardian ad Litem. Lisa Joachim and Megan Clearwaters are also Registered Family Law Mediators. Richard Mann, Lisa Joachim, Megan Clearwaters and Jennifer Mann are all trained parenting coordinators.Choosing an attorney is an important decision which should not be made lightly.
