With over 28 years of experience the Cowells have worked on and repaired hundreds of septic systems. The Cowells have worked closely with most area Health and Building Departments and are knowledgeable in all applicable codes and technologies to make sure your project is completed smoothly and on time. Cowell Excavating is a family business started in 1963 by Rick's father. As a child Rick worked closely with his father helping with excavating and installing septic systems.
