Since 1977, Rifton has partnered with therapists to design and manufacture durable, adjustable adaptive equipment.

In 1974 we received our first call from a therapist asking us to adapt a classroom chair for a child. Ever since, we have tried to meet the needs of people with disabilities and their caregivers. People who use our equipment tell us it shows in our work, and indeed, Rifton products receive acclaim worldwide for their durability and adaptability. Each Rifton product has been designed with input and guidance from hundreds of therapists around the world, and these therapists keep us in touch with how our products are used.
