Based out of the emergent South Florida area, Rio Development Resources has utilized the background and experience of its founder, Diana Rio, as an immensely valuable tool. Diana obtained a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Miami, and held a significant role for over a decade as a Senior Planner at the City of Miami Beach’s Planning, Design, and Historic Preservation Department. Furthermore, she possesses an additional nine years of experience from working in prominent architectural firms in South Florida. Diana’s experience provides a unique background in the navigation of the land development process.
