I strive to create art that rekindles the magic we saw in nature when we were children, and lost as we took on the mantle of adulthood. I love to take objects that I find on my numerous hikes and portray them so that my audience will see them in a new light. Perhaps even appreciate our natural world more and try to preserve it rather then destroy it. I work primarily in colored pencil and most of my work is small. I have a line of note cards which combines my art with various quotes. I also do commissioned pet portraits.
