Business description

We drive piling and build raised foundations for site built, modular, and manufactured homes. Also, decks, porches, close-in under homes on stilts.

We are a speciality construction company working in Eastern North Carolina. Our family started driving piling for elevated homes in the 1960,s and the company has worked through three generations. We use a treated wood pile to construct a home foundation. Using a large excavator with a hydraulic tamper hammer we drive piling to raise a home 3 feet to 14 feet. Installing girders to the piling, per an engineered plan, the foundation is ready for a builder to start construction, or a dealer to set a modular or manufactured home. After the home is on the foundation it is strapped to the girders and piling to create a solid home foundation. We can then build decks, porches, and steps. The underside of the home can be closed in to create more space for storage, and garage.
