ROASTIES a fast casual restaurant is a type of restaurant that does not offer full table service but promises a higher quality of food and atmosphere than a fast food restaurant. We are looking to fill the space between fast food and full service dining. ROASTIES cost per meal is in the $6-$10 range. Upon entering ROASTIES, you simply order your meal, get your beverage of choice, seat yourself & we bring the food to your table. By streamlining the service we are able to keep prices reasonable. Silverware, plates, coffee cups, etc. make Roasties a different experience from the plastic baskets and Styrofoam feel of the fast food world. Fresh squeezed O.J, 3 Egg Omelets, Eggs Benedict & Hotcakes are some of the favorite breakfast items that complement the healthy California cuisine.
