Roberto's Liquor

I went to return an Item from Amazon because Roberto's is listen as a return site. The attendant told me to go elsewhere. I didn't say an unkind word to the female attendant. I believe she was talking about me to another female behind the counter of course I don't know thats only my opinion

She said I didn't have my receipt I showed her the receipt in my phone like I do when I go to other Amazon return sites who all besides Roberto's have given me amazing customer service. She told me my services are not needed at their store. Ive never seen anything like it before. I really appreciate her she let me know how she felt about me specific. She doesn't have to worry about me going in their store again. Im black she's hispanic. I choose to go there because its in my community to give small busineesses support. I didn't know that a business was selective on a nice customer who comes in. I guess I didn't meet their criterior.
