Car alarm install

Do not use this company as they are not reliable. I scheduled an install for November 8,2022 at 9: a.m. He didn't show up or call. I called him at about 9:20 a.m. I asked if we were still on as it was 20 minutes past arrival time. He said Can I call you back in a few minute?. Needless to say I never heard back from him; nor did he ever show up. This is horrible customer service for a new customer. How does he expect to get repeat business or good feedback when he treats customers this way. I'm done with him and will never ever recommend him to anyone.
