I combine my specializations into a hybrid form of personal training that truly improves how your body moves, how your body feels and how your body looks. My Small Group Personal Training Classes are built to transition a sluggish body into a body that rocks from the inside and out. Together we will work on restoring weak tissues and releasing achy ones through targeted myofascial release massage, we will correct any postural deviations that are currently setting you up for injury/joint replacement, and we will shape your body with exercises that match your individual needs and goals. This is not cookie cutter group training where everyone just does the same darn thing! Everything we do progresses systematically forcing constant change and adaptation as you get stronger and leaner.
