Because of my personal experiences over 5 years, I would NOT recommend Rodney or his company, Rodney's Heating & AC. In the 5 years following the installation of two AC units, I had to make at least 7 service calls to Rodney for repair.
In my opinion, the only good thing about Rodney is that he'd usually arrive within 24 hours of calling for service, sometimes even the same day. The bad thing is that the problem was almost never fixed with only one visit. I don't know if Rodney was too busy or too lazy to track down leaks in the system but he would usually just put in more coolant and tell me it was fixed. Then, a few months (or sometimes weeks) later, same problem.
I've since learned that if the coolant is ever low, it's because there's a leak in the system. The leak could be tiny and take months to cause a performance issue or the leak could be larger, causing an issue within a week of it being filled to the recommended pressure.
Over the 5 years, Rodney had to repair a couple nicks in the lines, the coil in one unit had to be completely replaced because of an un-repairable leak, and the other unit's coil also had a really bad leak a couple weeks after I hit the 5 year mark.
Which brings me to the warranty. Before purchasing the units, I was told there was a 10 year warranty on parts and unit replacement, if necessary. Also a lifetime warranty on the compressor and heat exchanger, awesome, right? WRONG! What Rodney failed to mention was that there was very important warranty paperwork that needed to be submitted within 60 days of the install to get that warranty. Otherwise all you get is a 5 year warranty on parts. I didn't realize this until I tried to get the 2nd coil replaced. I asked Rodney who's responsibility it was to submit the warranty and he said it was mine. I asked him how I was supposed to know and he said it was in the manuals.
I called around to other reputable HVAC companies and was surprised to learn that most of them fill out and submit the warranty for their customers or at least sit down with them after the install to explain the warranty and the importance of submitting it ASAP. I would have done it immediately, had I known it wasn't automatic.
I ended up hiring another HVAC company to replace the 2nd coil and explained all of the problems we had with Rodney. They said by the look of the solder joints, the original installer either didn't know what he was doing or was in a really big hurry.
You're experience may vary but I would never rely on Rodney's Heating & AC for fair AC work done right the first time.
