We furnish top quality materials to enhance your ability to produce the highest quality products. Roger's Rubber houses complete machinery on-site, to include: CNC for grinding cosine and straight crowns, industrial roll grooving, roll building machine (extruder). 19 lathes, sandblast unit, 5 autoclaves, full machine shop for shaft and journal repair, and manufacturing of complete cores in house. Materials used are: Nitrile, EPDM, Hypalon, Ebonite, Natural, Urethane, Silicone, Neoprene, SBR and Butyl.
