I love making pralines and seeing or hearing the pleasure others get from eating them. Pralines were a very much anticipated homemade treat while growing up. Since the age of nine, I've been making what I now know to be a New Orleans brand-- the PRaLiNe. My ancestors would market these delectable delights on the very streets I grew up on. Many would sell on the streets of the notable French Quarter, and along the river docks awaiting the ferries for prospects and repeat customers.
