We look forward to welcoming you to Columbus, Georgia. We've renovated 13 houses over the past 17 years. Inside them you'll find tall ceilings, heart pine floors, a winding staircase, moldings and colorful stained glass. There are big wavy windows, a few antique tubs and beaded board in almost every bathroom. Even the doors are original, with the "cross and open Bible" design. Almost every room has a fire place and it's original mantle, because I believe sitting beside a fire is one of the great joys in life. Our restaurant is in a building that dates back to 1880. It was originally a butcher shop, owned by Mr. Dimon. The ceilings are pressed tin and the walls are covered in original fine art, by artist Garry Pound.
