Promised to do the excavation for my new home 3 weeks ago Aug. 10 We agreed on a price of $8000 for a two day job. I asked him to commit to a contract and then on the following Monday he tells me to call his partner. He has my plans and I asked him to call his partner which I never knew he had. It has been 8 days and I have sent him emails but no response. He is an old guy and I wouldn't hire him if he called me up again. No body wants to work.
