Dr. Krystal Rupp, D.C. received her training at the Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri. She is passionate about sports performance and rehabilitation and has experience working with young athletes, high school and college teams, as well as older adults looking to stay active and healthy. Dr. Rupp recently finished her master's degree in sports and rehabilitation. Chiropractic care is an art as well as a science and there are many chiropractic techniques. Dr. Rupp mainly performs hands-on adjustments to the full spine and extremities. Dr. Rupp also incorporates a variety of special techniques including light force adjusting such as; sacral occipital technique (SOT), COX flexion-distraction, and instrument adjusting.
