Our 55,000 square foot facility promotes a positive atmosphere for all levels of fitness. Our membership offers the best services, programs and professional instruction under one roof to meet the needs of your employees. Our members experience the following as part of their program: ? Quarterly fitness assessments with our nursing staff who do a body composition evaluation, which involves measuring your height and weight, body dimensions and a body fat analysis. They will do a strength and flexibility test along with a cardiovascular endurance assessment. ? Individualized program designs with a personal trainer who will walk you through your program step by step making sure the correct settings, weight and form is used. Every member is entitled to meet with a trainer for a program
