Technologies is a Japanese owned and operated company, however we house all of our manufacturing sites primarily in Shenzhen China. This offers our clients the competitive pricing that China is known for, and the quality, precision and efficient production methods that the Japanese are known for. S.E. Technologies owns 4 separate factories to offer our clients the service of redundancy during high profile, high volume projects. Ensuring that finished goods come out on-time, in budget and best in quality every time. We house 38 injection molding machines ranging from 20-1200 tons. We are capable of gas-assisted molding, insert molding, double shot injections, in-mold decoration and lamination, low pressure injection molding and thin wall molding. S.E. Technologies also houses our own tool making facility, boasting wire and sinker EDM machines. We have a full CNC milling shop with both vertical and horizontal lathes. We are capable of producing numerous types of plastic injection molds including quick change molds, insert molds, multiple slide action molds, stripper and floating cavity plate molds, shuttle and insert molds and unscrewing molds.
