I got my car insurance from Sam Good Jr in February of 2014 in august of 2014 sam called to notify me that my rate would go up I told him to hold off, I got another quote from another company for half of what sam wanted to charge me so I told sam to cancel my insurance he contacted me again to confirm that I wanted to cancel I assured him I did (I don't even drive the car) in February 2015 I gave my wife my account information so she could monitor my spending (she said I spend too much money) she informed me of a charge of 245.10 from the insurance I cancelled so I looked into it further and found they never stopped billing me! I contacted the office, sam was out the lady that answered the phone said she would email me a form to fill out to try and get a refund I never got her email, I got ahold of sam and he said " I thought you were just going to stop paying the bill" I couldn't just stop paying the bill because sam had set up the auto debit from my account DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY APPARENTLY THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU AFTER YOU CANCEL IF YOU ARE NOT PAYING ATTENTION!
