Safeway

I have a complaint to make about a couple of workers at the deli counter who were rude and unsanitary. Yesterday I approached the deli counter to order three sandwiches from the Safeway located at the Bernal location in Pleasanton at about 2 p.m. There were two women helping a customer when I approached the counter. I then gave my order to the first worker, and she laid her bare hand with her acrylic nails on the deli sandwich wrap she was going to use for my sandwich and then grabbed a couple of gloves. She was about to lay a roll of bread on the deli sandwich wrap when I asked her to please replace the paper she put her bare hand on. She then refused to make me a sandwich and walked away. The second worker was more courteous, but she wiped the counter with the gloves she used to make the three sandwiches I ordered. The counter apparently wasn't clean. I did didn't say anything to her. I didn't want to be rude, but I was very disgusted I couldn't eat my sandwich and threw it away.

I think this should be addressed accordingly, and I should be reimbursed for the full amount on my receipt. I will provide a receipt if necessary.
