VINCENT (CHENZO) BALSAMO, FOUNDER & CEO/COO In 1986, Chenzo first became the co-owner of Coppola, a successful full-service salon in Boca Raton. This business developed into Chenzo & Co. (1991) when he became the sole proprietor. His understanding of the technical and design-side of hairdressing with business insight elevated Chenzo to industry visibility. Chenzo has been frequently quoted on trends in e major fashion magazines (Vogue, Allure, Bazaar, Glamour, Self, Elle, Mademoiselle, Seventeen, etc) and has received the prestigious IBS Editors Choice Award for the Most Newsworthy Hair Designer in the U.S. He is the only Beauty Industry member to be awarded the Key to the City in Boca Raton. A reliable community philanthropist, Chenzo has been cited as a major contributor to causes like Easter Seals, March of Dimes, and Children of Abuse.
