San Diego Regional Training Center

The Regional Training Center is a governmental agency created in 1972 to provide training and consulting services to public agencies in all areas.

The RTC's services are aimed at enhancing the ability of public sector organizations and the skills of their employees, to meet the needs of individual citizens and the community at large. Our clients include The State of California, The County of San Diego and all cities within the County of San Diego and all other cities within the State of California that wish to contract with us for services. The RTC presents and coordinates a wide range of government training courses from small classrooms up to a 400 person symposium on a yearly basis. The RTC also works with federal entities and other states on an as needed basis. The RTC carries Law Enforcement contracts with the State of California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
