At Sarah's House you will experience the charm and elegance of our spacious, restored Circa 1860 Victorian home in the quaint Village of Dresden, Ohio. Sarah's House is centrally air conditioned and has five guest rooms each with private bath and ceiling fan. Originally constructed when Abraham Lincoln was President and built for Lamech and Sarah Rambo, the timber used in the framing and the lovely butternut woodwork in the home was brought by Ohio-Erie canal boat from New York. Sarah's House is a short walk to the many shops and restaurants in our Village, many of which specialize in baskets, pottery, basket accessories, clothing, gifts and retired baskets.
