SCYAP has been providing wrap around services to children and adults for over 25 years. the Resource Family Program is working in partnership with the SC Department of Social Services to recruit, license, retain and support resource foster families in 10 upsate counties. We partner with Miracle Hill Ministries and the SC Foster Parent Association. Serving the following DSS in these counties: Abbeville, Anderson, Cherokee, Greenville, Greenwood, Laurens, Newberry, Oconee, Pickens, Spartanburg.
